This new teen comedy is making TV history by being the first scripted series to integrate viewer-generated content - think Lonelygirl15 in sitcom form. The show follows Carly Shay (Drake and Josh's Miranda Cosgrove) on and off webcam as she lives her life and hosts her own home-grown web show.
