Top Five Reruns to Watch This Summer

Dec 27, 2006

School's almost out, your summer vacation is just about to begin but you can't think of a single thing you want to do. All of your fave TV shows have wrapped up for the season but you just wanna chill in front of the tube. So, what can you watch during all your free time this summer? How about some classic TV reruns?

Summer Reruns - The Simpsons

Join the Simpsons gang whenever you feel like it - this show's on at all hours of the day, every day. If it's not on one channel, it'll be on another. Even if you've seen every episode before, they'll make you laugh every time. And, chances are good that even if you think you've seen them all, you probably haven't. After fifteen seasons and more than 300 episodes, you can pack in a lot of Simpson's goodness this summer.

Summer Reruns - Friends

If you were bummed about Friends going off the air, why not kick back, relax and watch some of your fave episodes this summer? This is another show that you'll be able to find on TV pretty much every day, so it makes for the perfect summer afternoon ritual. Maybe there are even some characters you've forgotten about, like Janis, Julie or how about Phoebe's twin sister Ursula?

Summer Reruns - Popular Mechanics for Kids

School may be out, but that doesn't mean you have to put your brain on cruise control. Pull up a chair and check out some Popular Mechanics for Kids reruns on Discovery this summer to expand your mind. It may seem nerdy to learn during your vacation, but watching this show doesn't feel like sitting at the back of your boring math class. And, 24 star, Elisha Cuthbert, got her start on Popular Mechanics for Kids as the host!

Summer Reruns - That '70s Show

Remember when Eric and Donna just started dating? Or when Kelso and Jackie were madly in love with each other? There have been some good times had in Eric Foreman's basement and this summer is a good time to check those old episodes out again. Get ready for a time when Eric's sister was a regular on the show and Donna's parents were still trying to make things work (nope - Bob hasn't been dating Jackie's mom forever).

Summer Reruns - Malcolm in the Middle
Way before he was Agent Cody Banks, Frankie Muniz hit the set of Malcolm in the Middle. Way back in 2000, Malcolm was just the nerdy kid who hung out with the Krelboynes. Now he's a nerdy kid who scores with the ladies. Tune into Malcolm in the Middle this summer to see just how far Malcolm has come during the past few seasons. Who knows, next season could be the year Malcolm turns into the coolest kid on the block.
