Pokémon League
When you arrive at the Pokémon League, you will want to go to the Pokémon Center located in the room to the left. Here you can heal your Pokémon and purchase items such as revive, full restore, and full heal. I would suggest a few awakenings if you don’t have any, because you will have to deal with Caitlin’s Musharna that keeps using hypnosis. Remember that once you enter the gates and starts to battle the Elite Four, the only way to get back to the Pokemon Center before the end of the game is if you lose a match. So stock up! Also, after you beat the Elite Four, you will come face to face with the Legendary Pokémon for your version, either Reshiram or Zekrom. You want to have enough Poké-balls with you to throw at them!
Elite Four Shauntal
In Pokémon Black and White, you as a trainer can fight the Elite Four in any order you want! This is a change from previous versions, and you can use this to your advantage. Immediately to your left is Shauntal, who trains Ghost-type Pokémon. Moves like Crunch or Shadow Ball are great against them. Her main attacker is Chandelure, with both ghost and fire moves.
Elite Four Grimsley
Top left is the where Grimsley is waiting. He trains Dark-type Pokémon, and his Krookodile knows earthquake, so beware! They are weak to Fighting-type Pokémon, so make sure you have at least one of those on your team!
Elite Four Caitlin
The Psychic-type trainer Caitlin is on the top right. Psychic-type Pokémon are weak to Bug, Ghost, and Dark, so make sure you have some of those moves. Watch out for her Musharna, it will use hypnosis first and then dream eater. So if she puts you to sleep, switch out your Pokémon or use awakening!
Elite Four Marshal
Last but not least, Marshal and his Fighting-type Pokémon are waiting for you behind the bottom right door. Flying-type moves are great against them, but his Fighting-type Pokémon are really strong so make sure you send out your strongest Pokémon! Mienshao is especially hard to beat because it has high speed and high attack stats.
N’s Castle
Now head to the glowing Statue in the middle and press the A button. This will take you down the middle of the mountain where you will witness the nicest 3-D animation sequence in the entire Pokémon Black and White game!
