Namco Museum DS gives you Pac-Man, Galaga, Dig-Dug II, Xevious, The Tower of Druaga, Mappy, Galaxian and the new Pac-Man Vs. multiplayer game, all at once. Gary twiddled his thumbs at this new game and here's the 411 with his Namco Museum DS game review!
Classic Gaming Mayhem!
Firing up this game lets you pick from a list of eight games to play. Here's the 411 on 'em.Retro Video Game Fun
For casual gamers, being able to change the settings for each game lets you make it way easier to get extra lives and even change what the buttons do when you play. Plus, the multiplayer Pac-Man Vs. lets four people play with just one copy of Namco Museum DS! If you're a hardcore gamer, playing these classic games will put your skills to the test against legendary arcade games. Plus, these are games your parents played so you could probably challenge 'em to some multiplayer action!Old School Junk
These games are old. That means old graphics, old controls and a serious lack of power-ups. Even though there are a lot of games to play, they aren't fantastic and it takes some time to get the hang of them properly even with the ability to muck with the game settings.Classic Fun or Old Trash?
If you're a hardcore gamer, you'll have a blast with all these legendary games, especially Xevious! If you're a casual gamer you'll probably get bored by the older games after a while and end up playing Pac-Man Vs. against your friends for ages. Either way, Namco Museum DS is fun, especially if you're a hardcore gamer.Thumbs Up:
