Good Charlotte has dropped its fourth studio album and Joss Stone isn't far behind with three. We're taking a look at them both to find out if they're worth your hard-earned lawn mowing money.

Good Charlotte - Good Morning Revival

Good Morning Revival? More like Really Grumpy Morning Revival. Good Charlotte is well known for its hook-filled pop-punk, and they still deliver the catchy goods on this album. Too bad the whole disc consists of one whinny track after another. We get it - growing up is hard - but the Madden twins are pushing 30. The teen angst routine is getting old. Their hairlines are "maturing," maybe it's time their music caught up.

Good Charlotte - Good Morning Revival Fun Facts

  • Joel Madden has called the song March On "an old school song for our old school fans."
  • Where Would We Be? is the first Good Charlotte song ever written for a piano.

Joss Stone has just about made it out of her teen years and is busting out a new, mature sound that is hipper, more sultry, and even more confident than her previous efforts. The album features a rich sound that leans heavily on traditional soul, but still manages to be totally contemporary.
