EA's dustin' off the coaching chair for football fans with their NFL Head Coach game for PC, PS2 and Xbox. This new game puts you in control of everything for an entire football team from the hiring and firing to the training and game plays. You might not be able to put your fave team in pink bunny uniforms, but you can play this game for free with EA's game demo. Here's the 411 on the game and how to try it out!

You're the Boss with EA Sports' NFL Head Coach

You kick off EA's NFL Head Coach by building a coach for your fave team. Once you're in command of a team you draft players, put them through training and get ready to play. When it's game time you pick plays and bark orders like a real coach, right down to hollering at the butterfingered receiver who missed an easy catch. You don't get to control the players during the game, and all the coach-stuff can be intense unless you're a hardcore sports fan, but it's great for football maniacs!

Downloading the EA Sports NFL Head Coach Game Demo

Before you can start giving orders to your very own team of pro football players, you need to follow these step-by-step directions and download the game demo.

1. Click Here to hustle over to EA's official NFL Head Coach video game page.

2. Just above the video of the NFL action are a bunch of yellow and blue buttons. Find the News button and click it!

3. You'll hop over to the News page, look in the blurbs on the left for the red headline that says NFL Head Coach Demo Available Now and click the white words below it.

4. The new page will have the news headline in a big area on the right. Check for the Download Now >> link and click it!

5 As soon as you click the link, you'll get a popup, choose to save the file to your Desktop so it'll be easy to find later.

6. It's 308 MB of football action from the fine folks at Electronic Arts! While the game demo downloads it's the perfect time to catch up on your math homework! Kidding, go grab a glass of ice water and an apple or something while it downloads.

7. After the game demo has downloaded, double-click it to start installing it.
