It's that time of year again. That time where some of the game industy's best and brightest show up to honor their peers, to express their gratitude towards fans and give us the drool worthy teases of new and exciting games to come.
Spike's event has been known as the VGA's (Video Game Awards) until this year, where it has been rebranded as VGX. The event has expanded from being focused on the awards and instead will offer more for fans, including presentations from the industries biggest developers and publishers. It will be less Hollywood award style and more like an E3 show, with world premieres.
It's already been confirmed that Nintendo will be showing off an "unknown" game, which has me excited - check out the latest Nintendo Direct, if you missed it. Remedy, the developer's of the fantastic, Alan Wake, will also be showing gameplay from their new blockbuster, Quantum Break. And there's rumors swirling about a next-gen Tomb Raider game being announced.
