Nintendo's latest Nintendo Direct was a pretty eventful one with new previews of the latest Zelda game, Zelda: A Link Between Worlds and a Bravely Default Collector's Edition. The later comes with a collectible art book, 34 AR cards and an original soundtrack cd.
But it wasn't just games that were talked about. Nintendo also announced that Youtube and Miiverse are also coming to the Nintendo 3DS!
As long as you have a good internet connection, you'll be able to watch Youtube videos on the go from your portable system. You navigate the browser to do searches and such on the lower screen and the Youtube video is then displayed on the top screen.
Miiverse coming to 3DS is even bigger news and will be really welcomed. If you're unfamiliar with Miiverse on the WiiU, it's a social network for Nintendo WiiU and soon, 3DS owners. You have a personal profile, can send messages (text or drawings) and communicate with not only other fans, but the creators of games themselves!
Miiverse is one of the WiiU's strongest features and seeing it come to the 3DS is fantastic. I can't wait to see all the cool Miiverse Art all you 3DS owners come up with! And Don't forget, Super Mario 3D World is coming out next week as well!
If you missed the Nintendo Direct yourself, I've embedded it below for you. Enjoy!
