When Steven suggests that he and Serena take a break in order to mend his relationship with his 17-year-old daughter, Sage, Serena takes matters into her own hands. Once a teenage troublemaker herself, she feels she can relate. But Serena has no idea what lengths Sage will go to to destroy her and her father's relationship. Sage blackmails Serena into getting her a spot in Blair's upcoming fashion show - a lucky break that she abuses by removing her outfit on the runway so that she's in nothing but lingerie.
A Botched Fashion Show
After taking over her mother's fashion company, Blair is desperate to succeed. But all work and no rest has left her exhausted, limiting her to bed rest in the moments before her first fashion show. Luckily, Chuck saves the day by setting up the runway just the way Blair likes it so that it's ready when she returns. In need of an "it girl," Blair agrees to let Sage walk in her fashion show, only to be embarrassed and potential ruined by Sage's public display of skin.
Scandalous
Meanwhile, Gossip Girl has announced that Rufus is threatening to sue his son, Dan, for writing the libelous gossip about his relationship with Ivy in The Spectator. When confronted on this, Rufus realizes that Ivy passed on these false details to GG. With the threat of lawsuits looming, Dan agrees to publish the rest of his scandalous stories in Vanity Fair.
