Suspected of Cheating
When Nate and Serena spot their new gf and bf having lunch together, they suspect them of cheating. And even when Serena confronts her bf, Steven, in a phone call, he denies it. At the charity event that she's hosting, Serena is determined to play nice. But when Nate's girlfriend - or former gf thanks to Nate's harsh break up message - arrives at the event, things go from awkward to ugly. Serena is relieved to learn that Steven isn't cheating after all. But Nate isn't too pleased to discover that his so called girlfriend is Steven's 17-year-old daughter!
Keep Your Enemies Closer
Meanwhile, Blair is taking over her mother's fashion line. But launching her collection is proving difficult, especially when the reporter assigned to cover her line is one of her former disgruntled minions. And to make matters worse, a competing designer has chosen the same fabric as Blair making it look as though Blair is a copycat designer.
Dan's Second Book
Now that Dan's agent and publisher have dropped him, he and Georgina are pursuing periodicals in order to print his second book. There's only one problem: he wants to maintain the integredy of his work. That means publishing it exactly as it is - with no name changes that will hide people's identities. But the only periodical willing to help him out is The Spectator. And Dan's not sure if he wants to mix friendship with business after what happened between him and Serena when it came to his previous novel's movie deal.
