"Yvan Eht Nioj."
Bad-boy Bart gets in hot water when he cheats his way to first place in a Springfield marathon. He's rescued from an angry mob by L.T. Smash, a music producer with a plan to make Bart a star.
Signed to a contract, Bart is whisked off to join Millhouse, Nelson and Ralph Wiggums as the 'Party Posse'. The hottest thing to hit boy-bands since *NSYNC. The foursome are run through basic training and a super-duper sound editor transforms them from scratchy wailers to super smooth singers.
The Party Posse meets up with *NSYNC after their first school show. *NSYNC wishes them well and presents them with a fruit basket of pop-star survival tools such as a fan-taser and the ever important hair gel.
The Party Posse hits it big with their first music video and warms up for their biggest concert ever. The concert is held on the deck of a navy battleship and all the Springfield kids show up to see the boys perform. Lisa discovers L.T. Smash's secret... that the chorus "Yvan Eht Nioj" is really "Join The Navy" sung backwards and is meant to subliminally recruit the audience.
The show starts, but with Smash's plan exposed and the Party Posse about to be flushed down the toilet on the cover of MAD Magazine, the gig is up. The sound machine is turned off and the Party Posse goes back to being regular Springfield menaces. Problem is Smash is totally ticked off and blames MAD. He figures if he can just destroy the magazine, he can save the Party Posse. *NSYNC is there to save the day - only the MAD building gets blown to bits anyway.
In the end, Justin and the guys sign JC up for the NAVY and all is well that ends well - unless he was your fave *NSYNCer that is.
