- Krypto the Superdog - Once Superman's pet on the planet Krypton, Superdog has all of the powers of Superman, though some are heightened because he's a dog, such as his super hearing and sense of smell.
- Streaky the Supercat - Krypto's neighbor cat, Streaky, gained superpowers after a duplicating ray that was aimed at Krypto reflected off of him and hit Streaky instead.
- Kevin Whitney - Kevin is a nine year-old boy who lives with Krypto and is able to communicate with super animals with a universal translation device.
- Ace the Bat-Hound - Ace is Batman's pet German Shepherd who is able to fight crime using the gadgets built into his collar.
