Warped Old and New Powers in the Time Spiral Set
Wow, this set is mind-boggling! It doesn't just have
301 new cards, it also has
121 cards from older sets and it's packed with
old powers on top of the
new powers! It also brings two kinds of old creatures back to duels. Here's the 411 on them.
Old Creatures:
Slivers - These multicolored creatures share abilities and power up like crazy!
Thallids - These fungus monsters constantly grow and unleash weird fungus powers.
Old Powers
Flanking - Agile warriors that know how to weaken opponents.
Shadow - Ghost creatures that can only be stopped by other ghosts!
Rampage - The more opponents, the stronger the creature gets.
Madness - If someone makes you discard it, you can play it for cheap!
Flashback - Play this card a second time from your Graveyard.
Echo - This card is cheap, but you have to pay the cost twice.
Kicker - Pay extra to activate extra powers when you play the card.
Storm - Get an extra copy of this card for each spell that has been played this turn!
Morph - Play this card face-down for cheap, then pay more to turn it face-up later.
New Powers
Flash - Surprise! These cards can be played anytime.
Suspend - You can cast these cards for a cheaper cost, but then they won't arrive for several turns.
Split Second - These spells are so fast your opponent can't react to them!
