Sindy: So how did you get started in the entertainment industry?
Sabrina Bryan: I actually started out doing small roles, more so doing dancing, and then I got hired for a movie to do dancing and acting and singing, so it was something that launched wanting to be in acting.
Sindy: You starred as Dorinda on The Cheetah Girls... what was it like to be a Cheetah Girl?
Sabrina Bryan: It's so fun. I'm still doing it and I love it. It's so great cuz it's really exciting to see kids and how happy it makes them. It's a good movie and the soundtrack did really well, so we're putting out a Christmas album. It's fun to be able to take songs and put your own flair on them.
Sindy: Are there any plans for another Cheetah Girls movie?
Sabrina Bryan: Yeah, we're actually going to be shooting the movie. It should be coming out in 2006.
Sindy: Do you have any fun and crazy stories to share while you were filming the movie or recording the soundtrack?
Sabrina Bryan: While we were recording the Christmas album, it was so fun cuz we were together like every single day. And we just had a regular schedule, like you get up in the morning and get to work at 9 and we just had so much fun and energy that it was fun to see each other every single day. It was like being back in the movie.
Sindy: You must all be super close now! Do you hang out when you're not working?
Sabrina Bryan: Yeah, of course! Kiely and Adrienne live up in LA, and so I go up to LA with them a lot and do normal girl stuff, like hanging out, shopping, dinners, just fun stuff.
Sindy: What's your favorite thing to do with friends?
Sabrina Bryan: I like to get in comfy clothes and watch TV and hang out. I just like to be at home and relax with them, especially my friends from home cuz I don't get to see them that often.
Sindy: So now that you've worked in both singing and acting, which do you prefer?
Sabrina Bryan: I think it's hard to say. I love performing, like the shows we're doing. But I also really like acting and the creative part of building a character. It's a toss-up, they're both really exhilarating.
Sindy: Aside from the Cheetah Girls tour and movie, what's up next for you?
Sabrina Bryan: Getting the BYOU project out. It's coming out in January - I'm doing a lot of press and stuff for it, as well as the soundtrack that's coming with it for the DVD. Get working on the solo stuff, and then after that, we're going on another Cheetah Girls tour.
Sindy: Any special Christmas plans?
Sabrina Bryan: We're going to be on tour, so we'll decorate the bus. We're going to try to figure out how to make it festive!
Sindy: Do you have any advice for kids who want to follow in your footsteps?
Sabrina Bryan: Seeing from where I've come from, I think it can happen to anyone because that was my dream and I took the steps to get myself to where I wanted to go. I feel like if you try hard enough, you can get any goal that you want. Definitely just keep going, just keep pursuing whatever your dreams are.
Sindy: Would you like to give a shout out to your fans?
Sabrina Bryan: I appreciate their support, I'm so excited for this new project to come out and I think they're really going to like it!
