Reese Witherspoon and her hot hubby, Ryan Phillippe welcomed their second kid, a boy named Deacon, on October 23, 2003. News of the newest Phillippe didn't hit the press until November. Deacon's got an older sis named Ava Elizabeth.
P.Diddy Kicks Oprah's Butt
If you're not sure what to call him - P. Diddy, Puff Daddy or Sean Combs - just call him a marathoner! P. Diddy ran and completed the New York City Marathon in four hours, 14 minutes and 54 seconds, which is a respectable time for the hardcore, 26.2 mile course. And, just like he'd hoped, P. Diddy beat Oprah's previous time of four hours and 29 minutes. P. Diddy did the run to raise cash (two million bucks!) for a bunch of children's charities.
Hanson Hospitalized
Isaac Hanson, the oldest Hanson brother in the Mmm Bop boy band, was hospitalized in New York City with a blood clot in his right arm. The blood clot was caused by too much guitar playing, according to a rep for the band. The 23 year-old Isaac was released after a couple of days. The band's new album is due out in March 2004.
