Mario & Sonic At The Rio 2016 Olympic Games will be released for the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS on March 18, 2016. Nintendo Of America announced the news on their official Twitter account.
The Nintendo 3DS version will have sports on offer such as Table Tennis and Soccer, while the Wii U version will have a few different events than its hand-held brother, including Beach Volleyball and Rugby.

Mario & Sonic At The Rio 2016 Olympic Games is the first time the two iconic mascots have appeared together since 2013 when they visited the Olympic Games in Sochi. So Kidzworld couldn't be more excited to take these characters on the field again. Check out some images of the game in action below.
