This week on Glee (Season 4, Episode 18) a potentially tragic event rocks McKinley High. Find out more in the Kidzworld Recap of "Shooting Star" which aired April 11th, 2013.
Hot Shots
Producer Ryan Murphy warned fans that last night's episode would be one of the most emotional yet, and he wasn't kidding. The New Directions are rehearsing with the theme being "last chances," when two shots ring out in McKinley's halls. Will and Bieste immediately turn off the lights and everyone finds hiding places so that the shooter won't be able to find them, and Artie takes out his camera phone so people can record last messages to their loved ones.
Cover Story
Once the FBI have cleared the area, in a private meeting in the staffroom Sue reveals that the shots were hers, and that she fired the gun by accident while cleaning it, if she's not fired she is at least on suspension so she immediately packs her bags and leaves. Will senses that the story isn't entirely true, and he's right. Through flashbacks we see that It was actually Becky who had brought the gun to school and Sue is just trying to protect her.
Ryder gets a moment alone with Katie, but it turns out that it isn't her who has been messaging with him online, although we know it was someone in the choir room because their phone went off right before lights went out! Ryder asks his online romancer to meet him outside the choir room 3:30 PM, but no one shows! Also in the midst of all the drama Brittany confesses her love for Lord Tubbington to Sam who gets jealous and gets a second cat they can call their own.
