The Sims 3: Town Life Stuff, UFC Personal Trainer: The Ultimate Fitness System, and From Dust
Jul 24, 2011We are almost half way through the summer! While it is sad to think that the sunshine and fun won't last forever, there is still the second half of summer to enjoy! Part of the fun, of course, will be in the form of video games, which will include this week's release of The Sims 3: Town Life Stuff, UFC Personal Trainer: The Ultimate Fitness System, and From Dust.
The Sims 3: Town Life Stuff
This is a relatively cheap expansion pack for the long running, but still popular The Sims 3. As hinted at in the name of the game, this expansion pack will include buildings and other things that you can add to your Sim towns and neighborhoods. If your Sims love books, build them a giant library in town for them to visit or just stick one inside their home! Also included are high-tech gyms, crazy playgrounds, tree houses, schools, and coffee shops. Additionally, as with most expansions, you will also get some new furniture, clothes, and hairstyles to spice up your Sims life.
UFC Personal Trainer: The Ultimate Fitness System
Real UFC trainers and the National Academy of Sports Medicine have gotten together to bring UFC Personal Trainer: The Ultimate Fitness System to the Xbox 360 and PlayStataion 3. This exercise game uses the Kinect and PS Move motion controllers to keep track of your punches. There are 30 and 60 day programs and pre-made workouts complete with warm ups and cool downs and you can also put together your own work outs as well.
From Dust
This interesting and beautiful game from Ubisoft puts you in a god-like control over the game world. From there, you control soil, lava, water, plants, and other things in real time to save an ancient tribe and help them improve their way of life. This easy to learn strategy game will be available on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.
