Keep up-to-date with all the latest video game releases! Kidzworld has all the latest games to keep watch for. This week, we preview The Sims 3 Generations, Pride of Nations, and Gabrille's Ghostly Groove!
The Sims 3: Generations
From bunk beds to midlife crises, the latest Sims 3 expansion pack adds tons of new features for each age of a Sim's life. Young children can now play dress-up and play in treehouses, teenagers can become masters of booby traps and pranks, weddings are now a much-expanded and detailed event, and elder Sims interact and share their lives with the new memory system that includes a brand new in-game camera. Some teens may prefer to play with a new chemistry set that has exciting but potentially dangerous uses. The mid-life crisis system may involve your aging Sim changing their ambitions, hair, or overall style.
Pride of Nations
Cheerio, old chap! Pride of Nations gives you control over one of the world's 8 great powers from 1850 to 1920, an age of imperialism and incredibly snooty Englishmen. You can unite Germany or Italy, or perhaps modernize Japan, or do the really fun thing and play as the United Kingdom as they create an empire so large that the sun will never set on it. This game's a bit complicated, but then, world conquest really is complicated, it turns out in real life. Bally-ho!
Gabrielle's Ghostly Groove: Monster Mix
So, um, okay, this game doesn't really make any sense. It sounds cool and everything, just, um... There's this vampire named Vlad, right? So apparently this Vlad guy had an army of loyal zombies, and they've gone missing. Gabrielle and her monster friends have to dance really well to get Vlad's zombies back, so I guess this is a music game? I like those a lot, but... I'm so very confused, I may have to buy this on Wiiware next week, or maybe on the 3DS this summer.
