On The Bachelorette: The Men Tell All, season 5’s most memorable guys returned and things definitely heated up. Also, last season’s Bachelor, Jason Mesnick, returned with his fiancée Molly to discuss their relationship and their struggles with the media’s reaction to Jason and Melissa’s televised break-up. Their relationship started off rough, especially since Molly still lives in Milwaukee and Jason lives in Seattle. But both Jason and Molly admit that they’re in love and can’t wait to get married.
Contriversial Guys
With the guys back in one room, old tensions started to flare. David talked about the “man code,” revealing what bothered him so much about Juan, and why he acted so inappropriately toward Jillian in their final one-on-one time. Many of the guys harped on Tanner P for not admitting that it was he who told Jillian about Wes’s girlfriend. Similarly, the guys attacked Jake for his all-American, too-perfect personality. They called him awkward and phony. And some disagreed with his decision to fly to Austin, Texas to tell Jillian that Wes had a girlfriend. But those who supported his decision weren’t alone. The whole studio audience supported Jake, and one audience member even asks him if he’d be willing to be the next Bachelor. Jake, always the eloquent gentleman, said it would be an honor, but it was way too soon make such a decision.
The Absent Bachelors
The two most recent bachelor’s eliminated from the show didn’t appear on The Men Tell All. Whether Wes, the country-singing-fame-chaser, didn’t show up because he’s on tour, or because he’d be pummeled by the studio audience, I guess we’ll never know. But Reid didn’t show up either. Why? The answer is revealed in the clips of the final episode: Reid comes back…to profess his love for Jillian and propose? I guess we’ll have to wait and see.
