The Mr. Men Show takes place in Dillydale, where the Mr. Men and Little Misses characters star in their own cartoon variety show. Kidzworld checks it out.

- Mr. Bump - He’s a clutzy guy who always hurts himself by bumping into or falling off of different things.
- Mr. Messy - He’s really messy and lives in a messy house, but has a great smile.
- Mr. Grumpy - He is the grouchiest person in the world and is always in a bad mood.
- Mr. Strong - He eats a lot of eggs and has super strength.
- Mr. Tickle - He has really long arms and loves to tickle people.
- Mr. Rude - He has a French accent, is rude to people, and farts a lot.
- Mr. Nosy - He has a big nose and always sticks it into other people’s business.
- Mr. Small - He is really tiny and loves liverwurst sandwiches.
- Mr. Stubborn - He always assumes that something is wrong, uses items incorrectly and won’t listen to anyone’s advice.
- Mr. Persnickety - He pays great attention to detail and won’t tolerate anything imperfect.
- Mr. Quiet - He’s always really quiet, but he lives next to Mr. Noisy unfortunately.
- Mr. Lazy - He loves to sleep and can’t seem to get anything done, even opening the mail.
- Mr. Bounce - He is made of rubber and bounces around wildly everywhere he goes, which sometimes causes problems.
- Mr. Happy - He is always smiling and co-hosts Good Morning Dillydale with Little Miss Sunshine.
- Mr. Noisy - He always carries a bullhorn and is way too loud.
- Mr. Scatterbrain - He is really silly and not very smart, but he has a bunch of animals for friends.
- Mr. Nervous - He daydreams and goes on wacky adventures because he’s so scared all the time.
- Little Miss Sunshine - She is really perky and hosts Good Morning Dillydale with Mr. Happy.
- Little Miss Chatterbox - She talks non-stop, which can be really annoying.
- Little Miss Whoops - She is Mr. Bump’s sister and doesn’t like flat food.
- Little Miss Naughty - She loves to play tricks and pranks on the others, but sometimes her pranks backfire.
- Little Miss Scary - She stars in her own show, Miss Scary’s Late Night Fear Fest and lives in a haunted house.
- Little Miss Helpful - She tries to help everyone but sometimes ends up making things worse.
- Little Miss Calamity - She hosts a TV Show called Driving with Miss Calamity, and things always go wrong when she’s around.
- Little Miss Daredevil - She loves fast cars, boats, bikes, and rockets. She even owns a collection of airplanes.

- The Mr. Men Show began airing daily on Cartoon Network in the United States in February, 2008.
- For the TV Show, Mr. Fussy was renamed Mr Persnickety.
- Peter Michail, the voice of Mr. Messy, is also the series’ art director.
