KO Joe, Chick P, and Chuckie Chan are undercover Kung-Fu Chickens. who use martial arts and super-spy technology to protect the people of Wasabi World Mall from the evil Dr. Wasabi and his henchmen.

- KO Joe - A smooth talking skateboarder, KO Joe packs a mean punch and an even meaner Afro.
- Chick P - Chick is the wise-cracking engineer who can make anything a weapon, including her razor sharp fans and exploding lipstick.
- Chuckie Chan - Chuckie is a Kung Fu Master who was trained since he was a little boy and is now a martial arts teacher in the Mall.
- Dr. Wasabi -The Doc is a mutant Piranha who rules Wasabi World from his fishbowl headquarters where he thinks up diabolical schemes.
- Bubba -Bubba is a huge albino gorilla and Dr. Wasabi's muscle. He's not the smartest guy around.
- Ninja Chimps -The Ninja Chimps are Dr. Wasabi's henchmen and sneak around in their black ninja outfits doing his dirty work.
