Transformers
Cardboard and colored duct tape are a great start to a Transformer costume, but nothing says "I am Optimus Prime!" like the Optimus Prime Voice Changer. Not only is it a wicked-looking helmet, it has three buttons on it - one to make the transformation noise, one to play a collection of Optimus Prime quotes and another that turns anything you say into a robo-voice! The voice conversion isn't great, and the helmet is made from really cheap plastic, but it looks fantastic and is a lot of fun!Transformers Voice Changer Rating:

Pokemon
There are a few toys that can help you get an awesome Pokemon Trainer outfit for Halloween. First are Pokeballs! Pokemon Pokeball Flip-Out Plush Toys are soft Pokeballs that fold into different huggable Pokemon. They're hard to find, but awesome. Otherwise, the expensive Pokemon Throw Pokeballs have pop-out plush Pokemon for "Charizard, I choose you!" action. Then it's time for a Pokedex. Skip the original one and get a Deluxe Talking Pokedex, or a Pokemon Advanced Pokedex. The Advanced one is pricey and needs the screen tweaked and the noise shut off right away, but it has games you can play. Plus, both are loaded with fun Pokemon facts!Pokemon Toys Rating:
