Unleash three new remote control critters with the N.S.E.C.T. Swarm toys! We review them here.
Last year Tyco R/C dropped the mega-sized, and mega-cool, N.S.E.C.T. into toy stores and the big bug rocked! Now they've released the bug's little brothers and sisters with the new N.S.E.C.T. Swarm toys. They have a TV commercial, complete with a mad scientist and this dude is the scientist! One cool thing about the Swarm is that they only have two remote control frequencies. So, if you have a bunch with the same frequency, you can control the whole pack with one remote! But, if you want to play with a friend who has some, make sure that their critters have the other frequency or you'll get your signals crossed. Now, here's the 411 on each one.
N.S.E.C.T. Swarm - Nano N.S.E.C.T.
This pint-size version of the original N.S.E.C.T. is way smaller and cuter. It's not super fast, but it's easy to steer and if you tip it up onto its butt you can make it dance! It also has a single-shot dart launcher - unfortunately it automatically fires whenever you back up.Rating:
