The Marvel: Ultimate Alliance video game has dropped for the Gamecube, PC, Playstation 2, PSP, Xbox and Xbox 360 - giving you the ability to control the coolest comic book superheroes ever in a battle against Dr. Doom and the Masters of Evil. Marvel: Ultimate Alliance - Superhero Smackdown Basics
Marvel: Ultimate Alliance puts you in control of a four-person team of super-powered heroes so you can do battle with the big bad boss of Latveria. You start off with Captain America, Spider-Man, Wolverine and Thor on your side, but get more heroes like Daredevil, Ghost Rider, Elektra, The Thing and Iron man as you play.
Marvel: Ultimate Alliance - Villain Busting Goodness!
With over 20 heroes to control, (nearly 50 villians and a dozen more characters in the PC, PSP, PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii versions), Marvel: Ultimate Alliance is packed with comic book characters! You can power them up, unlock costumes, play four-player multiplayer and even play online. There are also bonus videos, levels, characters and more.
If that's not enough, the action is awesome with a story that's actually cool and there are wicked battles against some massive villains - like the world-eating Galactus! Lots of character voices were also done by the celebrity actors who play them in the movies. Check out this list of superheroes to see who you can control in Marvel: Ultimate Alliance.

Marvel: Ultimate Alliance - Spandex-Clad Lameness
The biggest bummer in Marvel: Ultimate Alliance is that some of the voice acting is weak - like Spider-Man who sounds like an old fogey! Everybody also looks kind of shiny, like they're made of plastic. It's not bad with Iron Man, but makes Wolverine look freaky.
