1980s Toys For Boys - Transformers
Transformers were one of the coolest and best-selling toys of the 1980s. Known as "robots in disguise", Transformers were robot action figures that could transform into cars, trucks, airplanes and various other vehicles. The first generation of Transformers arrived in 1984 and included such classics as Optimus Prime and Megatron. Those original Transformers from the 1980s have gone on to inspire several other versions over the past 20 years, as well as dozens of cartoon shows, video games and a live action movie which will arrive in 2007.1980s Toys For Boys - Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
It was tough to go anywhere in the 1980s without running into some kind of toy featuring Raphael, Michaelangelo, Leonardo, or Donatello - the four crime-fighters better known collectively as the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
