Shaman King Card Game Battling 101
The Shaman King card game is a bit wacky compared to other games cuz of a few things. First, when you play you choose your fave Shaman King anime character, each one with different powers, and that's who you battle as. Second, you never have any cards in your hand! You only draw cards to block and, if you can't block with the card you drew, you store it as energy and draw another card. Three missed blocks and you take a hit, three hits and you lose! Storing energy cards powers your attacks, and certain kinds of power-ups let you use Signature Attacks!Incredible Shaman Powers!
Once you get the hang of it, Shaman King card game battles are fast and furious fun. Plus, the two-player Starter Pack gives you two decks to duel with and a DVD with two episodes of the animated TV show so you can see what's up.Shaman King Dueling Weaknesses!
The biggest weakness is that there are a couple of cards that can only be used by certain shamans, so you could end up with some dud cards until you find those shaman cards to use in your decks. That and the shaman cards are these weird high-tech sliding cards, which are really cool, but they can break if you aren't careful with 'em.The Final Word on Shaman King
It's an awesome game! You get to unleash powerful attacks on your opponents, pull incredible moves to block them and power up for super-attacks. If you're a fan of the show, you've gotta get some of these cards. If you've never heard of it, check this game out and you'll get to watch the show for free!Shaman King Thumbs Up:
