Wall Art - Create a Collage

Take your favorite pics, magazine cutouts, postcards from family vacations, menus, greeting cards - the list could go on forever - to create a collage. You can choose a theme, such as friends and family or items from Mother Nature, to make one large collage or several smaller ones.

Wall Art - Wrap it Up

If you have rolls and rolls of old wrapping paper lying around, then why not put them to good use by hanging them up? Choose one with a cool pattern and frame it on its own or add some personal touches by gluing on some photos.

Wall Art - Hanging Fabrics

Cheap rugs will quickly wear and tear, but not if you hang them up. They make interesting wall hangings and will nicely fill up space on larger walls. You can also hang funky fabrics, quilts or even that old blanket that you don't want to toss out.

Wall Art - Rock On!

Hanging band posters is a great way to decorate, but instead of sticking them on the wall, hang them from the ceiling! You can cover every inch of your ceiling with your fave musical bands, from Simple Plan and Good Charlotte to Destiny's Child and Evanescence.

Wall Art - Cheap Alternatives

Thrift stores, flea markets and garage sales are great places to find cool and funky art pieces, like antique paintings and old books with beautiful illustrations. You could also buy a canvas from an art store and paint your own art. So go ahead - reveal your inner artist!
