I also have all the tricks you'll need to unlock hordes of Dragon Ball Z characters, game modes and super bonuses for DBZ Budokai 3. The coolest part is that you even get free bonuses just for having a Dragon Ball Z Budokai 2 saved game on your memory card, as long as that stupid Playstation Underground Holiday Demo CD didn't wipe it out. To power up Goku at the beginning of the Dragon Universe mode, head to Kami's Lookout. You can get there by starting the game and flying straight West on the map - it's the top of the spindly tower. You'll gain a level for free. Then, save your game, quit, and start the Dragon Universe mode all over again with the same character. Head back to Kami's Lookout and gain another level!
