Lindsay Lohan is letting the world know about her new BF, Wilmer Valderrama, after the two love birds recently exchanged promise rings. And, lucky for Lindsay, her mom has nothing but good things to say about the That 70s Show star. "Wilmer is an angel. I just love him to death. He's a sweetheart, an old soul and a really great boy."

Paris Hilton's little sis, Nicky, got hitched in Las Vegas in August 2004 to 33 year-old Todd Andrew Meister. Word on the street is that Nicky and Todd are very much in love and although their wedding ceremony took place in Sin City, their reps say this is a "real, serious, meaningful, loving relationship."

Kelly Osbourne is safe after she crashed her car into a fire hydrant, but her 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air isn't. The car, which was a gift from her dad, suffered extensive damages and his now being repaired.

Beyonce Knowles is recovering from having her toe broken. While trying to protect her from a large crowd, Beyonce's bodyguard accidentally stepped on the pop-star's toe! Though in visible pain, Beyonce was seen laughing about the incident minutes after it happened.

Jessica Simpson's hubby Nick Lachey has joined the cast of Charmed for six episodes. Nick will play the part of the magazine columnist hired to take over for Phoebe while she's on leave.
