Hey IsaacL,
Cheats? What gives you the idea that I have
cheats? Oh, wait, yeah, this is
Cheat Street. Ok, I have some
cheats for you. To beat up the bad guys in
The Hobbit your best bet is to load up on all the
power-up scrolls that upgrade your moves. I've got tips on how to get all of those so the
monsters won't give you the
mother-of-all-wedgies anymore. Here you go!
The Hobbit - Power-Up Scroll Locations
1. Expert Stick Tactics - You get this scroll right away in Chapter 3.
2. Expert Throwing Tactics - This is in Chapter 3 too - behind the waterfall.
3. Expert Sword Tactics - You get this scroll right away in Chapter 4.
4. Expert Jump Tactics - In Chapter 4 there's a room full of wolves, the scroll is above them in a gold chest.
5. Expert Sword Jump Tactics - This is a tricky one... It's in the dwarf ruins in Chapter 4. Go past the first drawbridge to the place with the metal gears. Toss a rock at a switch in the area and that'll let you get to the gold chest with the scroll.
6. Master Stick Tactics - Find Balfor in Chapter 5, in the same room there's a ledge - climb up onto it. Now, toss a rock at the switch and you'll have a ladder drop down that you can climb to get the scroll from the top of the center platform.
7. Master Sword Tactics - After the Wight Lord in Chapter 6 you'll find a room with a gold chest that has the scroll.
8. Master Throwing Tactics - Chapter 7 has the scroll, here's how you get it. First, go to the deep cellar and grab the fourth elvish opening crystal. Now, head back outside of the big door and head left to find the spot where the crystal belongs. That'll open the entrance to a cave in the outer courtyard that has the scroll you want.
9. Master Jump Tactics - Level 8 has the scroll and a room with three doors and three barrels. Put the big barrel on the lower picture of the big barrel and the other two barrels on the upper picture of the big barrel and a door will open. The scroll is through the door.
10. Master Sword Jump Tactics - Chapter 9 has a room full of platforms, at the very top are a bunch that go in a circle. Get onto those platforms then, hop across the chains and platforms to one of the two archways at the top and you'll find your final scroll.
