Spider-Man vs. Dock Ock Expansion Facts

This expansion takes Upper Deck's superhero card game and packs in a ton more cards in the new 2-player starter pack. You get to control Spidey, Doc Ock, Green Goblin, Daredevil and more of the most famous comic book superheroes from the Spider-Friends and Sinister Syndicate groups. Each hero's card has the same style as their comic book selves and is easy to collect so you'll always be able to have Spider-Man fighting crime at your command. Plus, there are cards you can play that give any character a dose of spidey style.

The fun new features in this starter deck is the powered-up team attacks you get from Spidey and his friends workin' together. The Sinister Syndicate are big on powering-up attacks at a cost of your own endurance points. Also, both groups have sneaky new ways to KO an opponent's character.

The big problem is that you can't get many more Spider-Man or Doc Ock cards. Once the rest of the expansion set hits, 'tis all good. But, until then, this is it.

Is it worth picking up? Yes! You'll get a ton of cool superhero cards, including Spidey himself and an awesome Doc Ock. They're a bit limited right now, but you can still add the cards to your Marvel Origins decks and kick butt.
