First Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker Clip Released

After months of reshoots and work by J.J. Abrams’ team of filmmakers, Lucasfilm and Disney, The Rise of Skywalker is finally complete just in time for its release next month on December 20^th, 2019. It has the monumental task of completing a nine episode long story, as well as just being a fun movie on its own.

The Rise of Skywalker looks to be more of a group affair, with nearly the whole main cast all being together for the first time in the Sequel Trilogy. It is a bit strange that people that live in a galaxy with spaceships, mystic energy, and lightsabers are surprised by Stormtroopers (and other armored folks) with jetpacks, especially since Finn was a Stormtrooper himself... But again there are spaceships, mystic energy, and lightsabers so no need to overthink it right?

Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker hits theaters on December 20th, 2019!
