Summer 2018 Astrology

Summer hasn’t officallly started yet. The first day of summer is June 21, which is coming up. The mood for summer will be more relaxed, laid back, casual and temporary. Summer doesn’t last forever but you can still make the most of it.

I doubt you hear many people complaining about summer, most kids and teens look forward to summer. It is a time for freedom and a time where no school work has to be done. You can engage in your favourite activities, sleep in and see your friends more.

The Astrology of summer encourages you to do whatever you want to. It is an open space for you to do some soul searching. If you don’t feel up for that, it is a time to enjoy yourself and spend your time how you like.

How the Sun Signs Will Be in Summer:

Aries (March 21 - April 19)

A little restless as they won’t know where to stay still. Aries will have so many ideas and adventures they will tire themseleves out trying to keep up with themselves.

Sagittarius (November 22 - December 21)

This sign loves the sun and they love to be in it. Sagittarius would much rather play outside and seek adventure.

Leo (July 23 - August 22)

Another sun-loving baby, Leo will soak up the sun. They will want to partake in outdoor activities and enjoy themselves in the heat.

Capricorn (December 22 - January 19)

Might find themselves working too hard in the summer. They love the good weather, but they have a hard time relaxing.

Taurus (April 20 - May 20)

Taurus will be excited to wear all their cute summer clothes. They generally love this season and thrive in hot weather.

Virgo (August 23 - September 22)

Virgo loves the sun but they also love the shade. They like to be hot but not too hot. Virgo is protective of themselves in the sun.

Gemini (May 21 - June 20)

This sign loves the summer weather and will spend a lot of time outside. Summer is their favourite season generally as it means no more school work.

 

Libra (September 23 - October 22)

Libra likes the hot weather and the summer vibe. They will be everywhere and with everyone just soaking up experiences.

Aquarius (January 20 - February 18)

This sign will plan for fun adventures in the sun. They will want to go camping and hiking and swimming. Aquarius will try to fill up each day with something exciting.

Scorpio (October 23 - November 21)

Scorpio thinks and feels better when it’s nice out. They will make plans to enjoy summer activities like going to the beach or even just laying out on their deck.

Cancer (June 21-July 22)

This sign will be happier in the sunshine. The sun will brighten their mood and their level of optimism. Cancer needs to see the light and the sun puts things into perspective.

Pisces (February 19 - March 20)

Pisces would pick sunshine over any weather. The sun motivates them to get stuff done. Pisces is sensitive to weather and is highly productive when it is nice out.

How the Sun Can Affect the Sun Signs

It’s pretty clear that most signs love the sun. It has an affect on mood and motivation. It gives you that extra dash of energy and overall makes you feel good. It can make you do things you wouldn’t normally do. When it’s nice out we can wear what we want and feel a sense of liberty and freedom.

The Downside of Summer

Be careful not to let the sun make you lazy. Sometimes it does the opposite of motivating us. Also, summer is temporary, it doesn’t last forever as people look forward to it all year round. Summer love can also be short-lived and just about the summer, so be careful and protect your heart.
