Rainbow Six: Siege Beta Sign-Up
Want to play Rainbow Six: Siege in beta? Want to do without pre-ordering the game? Curse is offering access codes for the upcoming beta if you have a free account with them. If you do, they’ll give you a code on their giveaway page. You can redeem it on the Rainbow Six website for either PC, PS4 or Xbox One. The beta begins on September 24, but we don’t know how many codes are available.
Batman: Arkham Knight Issues Won’t Be Fixed For a Long Time
Did you buy Batman: Arkham Knight for the PC. We are so sorry. The crazy glitches caused Warner Bros. Entertainment to pull the game. Now, according to Kotaku Australia, some internal documents from EB Game stores say the fixes for the game won’t happen until September at the earliest. "As previously advised, we have stopped sales of Batman: Arkham Knight PC while Warner and Rocksteady work on addressing performance issues with the game," according to the document. For the record, this isn’t confirmed.
"The latest information from Warner is that the updates won't be available until Spring. Due to this we have made the difficult decision to recall all PC stock from stores to return to the vendor until an acceptable solution is released.”
Well, there’s always the console version.
Dragon Age: Inquisition Contest to Create In-Game Items
Dragon Age: Inquisition has something pretty cool going on. Bioware, the developer of the game is hosting the Untold Relics of Thedas Contest, which asks Dragon Age players to create accessory items for characters in the game. Click here to get the specs. You’ll also have to come up with names and information about the item. The site says, “Make [your item] funny, make it mysterious, make it sad, but above all else, make sure it affects gameplay in an interesting and unique way. Whether it's high risk/high reward or encourages nonstandard min-maxing, we want items that will get your fellow Inquisitors thinking about how they play in new ways."
You get a prize pack if you win and your item might end up in the game. Pretty cool! Head over to the site for more information. The contest closes on July 20, so do it today!
