The Bottom Line

Boasting an incredible all-star cast including Hugh Jackman, Michael Fassbender, James McAvoy and Jennifer Lawrence, anyone who caught this one in theatres would agree that X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST took the X-Men franchise to a new level. The storyline puts the ultimate X-Men team together, and all the unstoppable characters from the original X-Men trilogy must join forces with their younger selves in an epic battle to change the past and save the future.

Apart from simply looking fantastic and sounding great in Blu-ray, where the X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST Blu-ray and DVD really shines is in the of never-before-seen special features - some of which have already hit the web in advance of the release. It has the usual gag-reel and deleted scenes - which are always interesting for die-hard fans - but it's the in-depth look at the characters and upcoming theatrical trailers that are really going to grab most people's attention, as well as getting into the background story and creation of the building of the Sentinels program.

The best of the past and future from X-Men, if you're comic book movie crazy or all about action flicks, this is a great one to own.
