Disclaimer: Watch Dogs is for Mature audiences
Watch Dogs started off the next-gen console reveals with a bang almost two years ago during E3 2012. It was supposed to launch along side the new consoles but was delayed last minute. Since then, Ubisoft has been quiet on the game and many were wondering what was happening with it.
Wonder no more! Ubisoft has confirmed Watch Dogs is coming this May 27th for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, PS3, Wii U and PC. Check out the explosive hacker action in the new trailer below!
Watch Dogs features a large open-world with gameplay structured similar to Grand Theft Auto. What sets Watch Dogs apart from the other GTA type games out there is the lead characters hacking abilities. At any time, you can hack into the lives of the citizens around you or the city itself. Raise barricades, change traffic lights and disable cameras all with the click of your phone. You can even put the whole city in a state of "Black Out" for a brief amount of time.
Ubisoft has also revealed the game will feature 8-player free-roam multiplayer, allowing you and up to seven of your friends to manipulate and hack their way around the incredible dense city Ubisoft has created.
Watch Dogs, along with the incredible Titanfall, is one of the most anticipated games of 2014 and I can't wait to get my hands on it.
