The Bottom Line

For those of you who wanted to see something other than the usual bang-em-up blockbusters this summer, EPIC delivered, although funnily enough the movie isn't all that epic at all! It's really about getting down to ground level, and thinking about the world beneath our feet. A charming tale that takes viewers through a lush fantasy land, you'll be able to relive the magic in crisp blu-ray definition. There's no denying that EPIC features fantasic voice talent, and incredible animation and the special features take you behind-the-magic so can you see how this fantasy world was created from scratch. What EPIC lacked in punch, it made up for visually, and the Blu-ray Combo pack's extras make it extra enticing to add to your collection.
