It's summer time and Phineas and Ferb have decided to hunt for lost loot to display in their backyard Museum of Cool. Using their latest invention, the All-Terrain Transformatron, Phineas and Ferb travel to out-of-this world places. Perry the Platypus is also featured in this game, as Agent P must once again thwart Dr. Doofenshmirtz's latest devious plot.
Transform and Roll Out!
There are two main modes in the game. In Exploration mode, you get to use one of the coolest thing in Phineas and Ferb: Quest for Cool Stuff is the the brother's latest invention, the A.T.T, or All-Terrain Transformatron. Throughout the game, you get to upgrade and customize this vehicle, allowing you to travel through air and water alike while drilling through obstacles, climbing high walls, and avoiding traps. The ATT allows Phineas and Ferb to explore different places, from their backyard to the moon.
In Action mode, you get to play as Perry the Platypus, aka Agent P. Dr. Doofenshmirtz has created another diabolical "-inator" machine and this time it's a "get-rid-of-cool-stuff-inator" device! The stakes are high this time and it's up to Agent P to stop Dr. Doofenshmirtz from taking over the Tri-State Area while also save Phineas and Ferb's collection of cool stuff.
Cool Stuff
Overall, Phineas and Ferb: Quest for Cool Stuff is a solid game. The game is fairly easy for the most part, making it perfect for younger Phineas and Ferb fans. There is not too much difference between the Wii and Wii U aside from being able to use the Wii U's gamepad for the game's menu and seeing extra information while playing through the levels. In the end, Phineas and Ferb: Quest for Cool Stuff is a decent game with which to spend the last weeks of summer.
