The good times keep rolling this week as we get more great games to enjoy. This week we preview Paper Mario: Sticker Star, Wonderbook: Book of Spells, and LEGO The Lord of the Rings!
Paper Mario: Sticker Star
Shockingly, North America gets a Mario game before Japan does! Paper Mario: Sticker Star is the fourth game in the RPG series. This time around, Bowser has stolen and hidden the six Royal Stickers and it is up to Mario to get them back. Stickers are used in the game for attacks. For example, in order to jump on enemies during the turn-based RPG-style battles in the game, you will need the Jump sticker. Sticker collecting is important in the game, since they do get used up. However, you have to plan carefully since you can only carry a limited amount of stickers. Paper Mario: Sticker Star keeps with the old art style and turn-based battles but introduces a neat feature with the stickers, making it a really interesting game.
Wonderbook: Book of Spells
In the Harry Potter universe, the Book of Spells is an advanced textbook for the students of Hogwarts. In Wonderbook: Book of Spells, you can use the PlayStation Move controller like a magic wand and practice familiar spells such as Incendio, Wingardium Leviosa, and Expelliarmus. Study the lessons well and unlock more secrets!
LEGO The Lord of the Rings
The entire Lord of the Rings trilogy is included in this new LEGO video game! Aside from the usual LEGO humor and co-op fun that fans have come to know and love, LEGO The Lord of the Rings also includes voice acting from the movies.
