One Wrong Step
After last week’s shocking elimination of front runner Leila, the remaining girls are all on their guard. The new scoring system makes it so that no one’s spot in the competition is secure. Brittany, who wound up in the bottom two last week, strives for the number one spot this week. Unfortunately, with Laura thriving, she’ll have to settle for number two.
Video Game
For their weekly challenge, the girls participate in the filming of a live action video game, complete with body suits and motion sensers. Yvonne doesn’t understand what this has to do with modeling, and she has no hesitation expressing her feelings. Her idea of a glamorous life as a model has been squashed by all the long days and boring waits during photo shoots.
Steampunk
While Brittany received a good score for her performance in the challenge (an 8), Laura took the number one spot with a 9. She received the challenge win and the $10,000 scholarship money. Later the girls went to their photo shoot, where they embodied the steampunk style - Victorian clothes meets 19th century mechanics.
Elimination
The judges loved Laura’s photo, giving her straight 10’s across the board. Even Kelly “Cutthroat” Cutrone laid on the compliments pretty thick. Naturally, she received best photo for the week. Brittany played second fiddle again. But it was Victoria’s dwindling talent and Yvonne’s bad attitude that landed them in the bottom two. Ultimately, the total scores kept Victoria in the competition by around 1 point and Yvonne was sent home.
