The unexpected death of her mother sends Cassie Blake (Britt Roberston) to Chance Harbor – her mother’s hometown –to live with her grandmother. She starts school and immediately makes friends with Dianna (Shelley Hennig), Adam (Thomas Dekker), Nick, Faye and Melissa. Things go swimmingly until they reveal to Cassie that they have all descended from a line of powerful witches. Now that Cassie has come to Chance Harbor they can band together to form a complete secret circle. Obviously, Cassie is skeptical. Now that the circle has been completed, what will they have to face? What evils might they come across? Only time will tell. Based upon the book by L.J. Smith.
