It’s always sad to see summer on its way out, but going back to school is exciting for everyone, including some of your favorite stars! Take a look at this list of 10 teen celebs heading back to high school in September!
No. 10: Elle Fanning
13-year-old Elle starred in one of the biggest blockbuster hits of the summer, Super 8, and she’ll be getting ready to head back to Campbell Hall School in North Hollywood.
No. 9: Greyson Chance
Greyson Chance has had a big summer with the release of his album Hold On ‘Til the Night, but he’ll have to get off the tour bus and into a classroom pretty soon!

No. 8: Zendaya Coleman
14-year-old Zendaya used to go to the Oakland School for the Arts, but now that her career has taken off this Shake it Up! star is doing doing high school at home.
No. 7: Lucas Cruikshank
Lucas Cruikshank has been playing a kid so long (Fred), its easy to forget that he’s 17 and nearly done school!
No. 6: Dionne Bromfield
This 15-year-old soulful British singer attends the Sylvia Young Theatre School during the school year.
No. 5: Tavi Gevinson
Style blogger Tavi may be the toast of the fashion world, but even she has to settle down and study soon, she just posted on her site The Style Rookie: I am currently enjoying these final summer days before school starts and my brain has to function properly, as well as working on that teen gurlz site I've been babbling on about.
No. 4: Jaden Smith
Celebrity son and actor/musician Jaden Smith was home schooled for a long time, but is now headed to an alternative high school that his dad, Will Smith, helped open called New Village Leadership Academy.
No. 3: Manika
17-year-old singer Manika had a great summer with her single Just Can’t Let You Go feat. Lil Twist hitting the airwaves, but Manika isn’t just a great singer, but also a great student (she even wrote a book at the age of 15!)

Dakota won’t be heading back to high school at all this fall, but the 17-year old actress just graduated from Campbell Hall School as Prom Queen this last spring, and so we think she deserves a spot on the list!
