Shadows
After last week’s fence building, the girls are more suspicious than ever about Jason, Alison’s brother. When Jason hires Toby to help him around the house, Spencer starts to worry even more. She drops by his house and does some snooping, trying to put the pieces of the puzzle together. Although Jason tells Spencer he is the only one in the house she notices a shadow in the window. Who else is inside?
Confessions
While Spencer is sneaking around Jason’s property she overhears Toby telling him that he needs money to buy a truck. When Spencer finds Melissa’s lost engagement ring behind the toaster she pawns it for $2,000 and buys Toby the truck he wants. When she gives him the keys Toby says ‘I love you’.
Pottery
Since Ezra is now a professor at the local university, Aria signs up for a pottery class in the hopes of running into him on campus. Now that they won’t see each other in English class anymore, can their relationship last? Turns out that someone else is also taking the pottery class: Jenna. Aria hides her identity from Jenna, but eventually she discovers that they are in the same class. Aria tells Hanna and Spencer about her run-in with Jenna. While they are in Spencer’s room talking they see Melissa getting into a car with Wren, Melissa’s ex-boyfriend.
