This week on 90210 Season 3, Adrianna’s deception lands Silver in the hospital’s psychiatric ward. Episode 20, “Women on the Verge“, aired on May 2, 2011.
Setting the Stage
After discovering that she didn’t get into her hopeful university, Silver falls into a deep depression. Feeling helpless, Navid summons Dixon’s help to get her out of bed. But instead of bringing her out to eat like he says, he delivers her to the psychiatric ward of the hospital. Silver feels betrayed, but Navid and Dixon convince her to go inside. Later, when Silver is asleep, Adrianna arrives to “show her support.” She drives Navid home, gets him drunk, and sets the stage for what looks like a drunken hook-up.
Statistics of Long Term Relationships
Naomi is excited when she receives an acceptance letter to her desired university. But when she finds out that her boyfriend Max is going to MIT across the country, her excitement goes down the tube. Max considers the statistics and doesn’t believe that a long term relationship can work. When Max learns that Naomi is planning on applying to a university in Boston to be close to him, he changes his mind. He applies to a local university, not wanting to crush Naomi’s dream.
A Final Farewell
Annie convinces the reluctant Marla to attend a screening of one of her old films, and she has a great time. But when Annie arrives for work the next day, she finds a suicide note, and Marla’s body in her bed.
Jen’s Return
After disappearing for five months, Jen returns claiming that she’s a new person. Now she wants to take her and Ryan’s son with her to Paris. She’s shocked to learn that Ryan and Debbie are in a relationship. Ryan refuses to let her take Jack, and decides that her visitation rights will be limited.
