This week on America’s Next Top Model, one contestant won the prize of a lifetime—the opportunity to present an award to a celebrity at the Grammys. The girls paired up, and each had to pick an outfit for their partner to wear to the Grammys. Kayla and Liz were the winning duet, but only one girl could win the prize. Because the judge felt that Liz was too starstruck, he gave the prize to Kayla. Unfortunately, this led to Liz drinking her sorrows away.
Being a Fashion Designer
At their photo shoot with photographer Francesco Carrozzini, the girls had to portray a famous fashion designer, while standing next to a professional model. For some, like Kayla, Liz, Anne and Chris, this was easy. Their designers were either spunky or offered distinctive facial expressions. The others struggled, mostly because they didn’t know anything about the designer they were portraying.
Elimination
At panel, Esther and Kendal wound up in the bottom two. Tyra felt that, even though Esther has been improving week after week, she took ten steps back in this photo shoot. But for Kenldall, the news was worse. Tyra called her “the noun, but not the verb,” meaning that she was born looking like a model, but she doesn’t know how to model. The other girls have what it takes, and Kendall needs more practice. That’s why Tyra sent her packing.
