You may have heard of them – WOW is one of the music industry’s fastest-rising teen POP sensations. The boy band – which consists of members Frankie Zulferino, Eddie Moody, Jake Lauckern, Michael Rechner and Kyron Correia, who range between the ages of 16 and 20 – say they’re not just following in the footsteps of their famous all-guy musical group predecessors – they’re adding the WOW factor!
Back To The 90s
This new super boy band is all about having fun, loving their fans, giving back to the world and bringing POP back to the music scene. Bright, colorful and full of energy, it only takes one look (or listen) to understand: WOW is here to entertain and make great music.
In order to be different than the other music that’s currently being made, WOW has made a conscious decision to try and stay away from R&B and techno genres and move closer to 1990s-era bubble-gum pop. They say they want to bring back what other all-boy groups like ’N Sync and Backstreet Boys were trying to do.
Besides choosing a style they think will build up a big fan base, the members of WOW spend a lot of time writing their own music, putting their thoughts and ideas on paper and trying to make them work musically. They’re also super-talented when it comes to dance.
Charity Work
But don’t let their talent and good looks fool you. The boys of WOW have huge hearts and love doing all sorts of charity work for non-profit organizations. Their goal is to inspire other kids their age and put the message out there that teens CAN make a big difference in the world.
