Fred Durst
To get the rockin' singer from Limp Bizkit on your side you've gotta climb into the Slobberknocker match as the WWF superstar the Undertaker and lay the smack down on 15 different wrestlers.
Mick Foley
To unlock Mick 'Mankind' Foley, follow this walkthrough: Play a wrestler without a title and tell WWF bigwig Vince that you don't want to form a tag team. Talk trash and say you want to kick his ass then find Vince in the parking lot. Win the match, show up on stage and win the next match. Then lose the match at Wrestlemania. Mick Foley should give you a Hell In A Cell rematch - put the smackdown on him to unlock him.

Spike Dudley
Here's a hint on unlocking Spike - play a WWF wrestler who doesn't have a belt and when Vince tells you to pick a partner, grab someone who isn't a WWF champion. Beat your first match in Raw is War and for your third person head down the stairs and hang a right through the door opposite the vending machines. You'll get into a scrap with the Dudleys - lay the smackdown on them and you'll unlock Spike.
