Once a year the famous Toy Fair convention rolls through [kwlink]New York[/kwlink], bringing the world's coolest toys with it for everybody to check out and drool over. Toy Fair 2008 just wrapped up this year's show full of [kwlink]LEGO[/kwlink], superheroes, robot bugs, NERF, [kwlink]dinosaurs[/kwlink] and even new eco-friendly toys! Here's a look at some of the coolest toys from the show.
KOTA the Triceratops
If you missed the [kwlink]Walking With Dinosaurs[/kwlink] show, now you can relive it in your living room with KOTA! It's a 4' triceratops that reacts to what you do, roars when you talk to it and even munches on leafy greens if you feed it. This $300 toy dinosaur is even big enough to ride! Just don't try it if you're a super huge fan of cheeseburgers.Superheroes!
[kwlink]Iron Man[/kwlink] and the [kwlink]Incredible Hulk[/kwlink] have new movies on the way and that means toys! From giant green smashing Hulk fists to an Iron Man dart blaster, a remote-control Spider-Man toy that really climbs walls and even an [kwlink]Indiana Jones[/kwlink] sound FX whip (he's a superhero, right?) - if you like the movies, you'll love these toys.Star Wars
There were a half-dozen different flavours of [kwlink]Star Wars[/kwlink] toys at Toy Fair this year. From new LEGO Star Wars toys based on the [kwlink]Force Unleashed[/kwlink] video game, to Star Wars action figures based on the upcoming Star Wars: The Clone Wars movie and TV show. Eco-Friendly Fun

Robot Bugs
The HEXBUG, HEXBUG 2.0 and new micro-VEX robot kits were strutting their stuff at Toy Fair too. The HEXBUGs are little robot bugs about the size of your hand that wander around, changing direction if they bump into stuff. The VEX kits are hardcore - build-it-yourself robot kits with hundreds of pieces. The [kwlink]first kit[/kwlink] was fantastic, if you had $300...
