Crazy Taxi is headed to theaters, the Sims have a Hot Date and Solid Snake is gonna kick butt in Nov. To top it all off Twin Galaxies is holding a huge video game party and youre invited!

1Tomb Raider hit the bigscreen like a mac truck, now it sounds like Sega's Crazy Taxi is gonna take you for the ride of your life. Konami - the team behind the crazy yellow cabs - has put it up on the market. With any luck we'll be able to head to the theaters next summer and catch some crazy driving - just don't catch a cab home.

1Get ready to be terminated by Infogrames upcoming games. The big name game company just grabbed the Terminator name for its upcoming games. All the characters and action of the first two Terminator movies will be coming your way in spring of 2002. Terminator 3 is still up for grabs so your guess is as good as mine about who's gonna turn it into a kick-butt video game.

1How do you catch a snake? With a crack team of highly trained commandos of course! Metal Gear: Sons of Liberty, starring the infamous super-soldier Solid Snake, has been confirmed for a November 2001 release. Come winter time, Solid Snake is going to be matched up against a boatload of terrorists in a deadly game of cat and mouse. With the Xbox, the Gamecube and the Snake all coming out at the same time, November's going to be one pricey month for hardcore gamers.

1EA's game of virtual people - The Sims - just won't stop. They're adding another bundle to it and this one's called "Hot Date." It's due out in fall 2001 and it's gonna let your Sim person meet the boy or girl of their dreams. Do you think they'll include a Lil' Romeo download for the girls? How about a Britney Spears patch for the guys?
